Educate customers on product features and best practices to enhance their user experience.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in using Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.).
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable internet connection and home office setup conducive to remote work.
