- Provide exceptional customer service to Netflix subscribers via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with account inquiries, billing issues, technical support, and general questions about our service
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on Netflix products, services, and policies
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
