Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. This position can also develop into a leadership role. As the company grows we hire with-in team leaders who manage 5 to 10 representatives.
Rapid salary increases available based on performance

Level of education required: Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
Paid Training 4 hours per day Mon - Friday for 3-4 weeks at 7.25 per hour. After certification, there is an increase in pay range from 10.00 - 12.00 per hour based on experience and tenure, and client portfolio of business. Quartly Reviews are given with the opportunity for an increase in pay on every review.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls/emails and assist customers, by providing information, answering questions, and resolving issues
Communicate internally with colleagues and managers
Document and update customer records based on interactions as needed
Understand internal and external proprietary software and troubleshoot common issues with customers
Internally assist colleagues and managers with various other tasks that may arise
Qualifications
Must Reside in The United States
Good verbal and written communication skills
Must pass a background check
Previous experience in customer service. Insurance or financial services are preferred.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and email
Must be proactive and able to prioritize work
Ability to build rapport with clients with superior customer service skills
Must have the minimum equipment requirements.
Minimum Equipment Requirements
Hard drive: 20 GB or more of available space 60 GB or more of total space.
Operating system: Windows 10 Window 8.1 (NOTE: this operating system is not supported by some client programs) Mac is also acceptable with a minimum i5.
Internet Connection: Hard-wired connection (No wireless) Minimum 10 Mbps download / Minimum 3 Mbps upload. (Wi-fi is not supported.)
