As a Delivery Service Representative, your main duty would be to deliver packages to customers at predetermined locations. Responsibilities of Delivery Service Representative:
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering packages promptly and securely.
• Discharge and distribute the packages from the delivery van.
• Stay on track with a prearranged path and timetable.
• Keep accurate documentation and records of all deliveries.
• Contact dispatchers and clients as required.
• To maintain a safe and productive working environment, safety protocols and procedures should be strictly followed.
• Ensure all necessary vehicle maintenance checks are completed and documented, in order to avoid potential vehicle issues.
