* Client Interaction: Handle phone calls and respond to inquiries from clients and partners, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
* Record Maintenance: Keep accurate and up-to-date records and files for easy access and reference.
Additional Responsibilities for Airbnb Support:

* Guest Communication: Communicate with guests and hosts via the Airbnb messaging platform and phone to address inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
* Calendar Management: Manage booking calendars, including scheduling and coordinating check-ins, check-outs, cleaning services, and repairs/maintenance.
* Listing Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date listing information, including pricing, availability, and property details.
