As an American Express Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team with various administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
• * Administrative Support: Handle tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and email management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• * Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis on various topics to contribute valuable insights to the team.
• * Document Preparation: Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents to facilitate effective communication.
• * Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team meetings, contributing to discussions and brainstorming sessions.
• * Client Interaction: Handle phone calls and respond to inquiries from clients and partners, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
• * Record Maintenance: Keep accurate and up-to-date records and files for easy access and reference.
• Additional Responsibilities for Airbnb Support:

For candidates interested in taking on additional responsibilities related to Airbnb support, the following tasks will apply:
• * Guest Communication: Communicate with guests and hosts via the Airbnb messaging platform and phone to address inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
• * Calendar Management: Manage booking calendars, including scheduling and coordinating check-ins, check-outs, cleaning services, and repairs/maintenance.
• * Listing Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date listing information, including pricing, availability, and property details.
• * Financial Transactions: Handle payments, refunds, and cancellations according to Airbnb policies and guidelines.
• * Guest Satisfaction: Monitor and respond to reviews and ratings, taking proactive steps to improve guest satisfaction and property performance.
• * Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues related to guest experience, property management, and Airbnb platform usage.
• * Policy Adherence: Stay up-to-date with Airbnb policies, regulations, and best practices, implementing changes as needed.
• Requirements:

To thrive in this role, you will need:
• * Bachelor degree in any field.
• * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• * Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• * Prior experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role is a plus.
