Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on Disney social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and more.
* Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
* Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

* Proven experience in customer service or social media management.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:
* Flexible schedule required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
