Job Description:?As a Live Chat Representative at Hyundai of Vacaville, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance via our live chat platform. Your role is crucial in ensuring that customers receive prompt, accurate, and helpful responses to their inquiries. You will work closely with other team members to resolve issues, answer questions, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Provide real-time support to customers via live chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product or service information.
Problem Solving: Identify customer needs and troubleshoot problems effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Documentation: Record and track chat interactions, including detailed notes on customer issues and resolutions, in our CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to escalate complex issues or gather additional information when necessary.
Quality... Assurance: Maintain a high standard of communication and professionalism, adhering to company guidelines and chat etiquette.
Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback and suggestions to help improve our products, services, and support processes.
Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates degree or higher preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or support role, especially via live chat, is advantageous.
Skills: Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy, strong written communication, and active listening abilities.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with live chat software and CRM systems; basic understanding of troubleshooting common technical issues.
Attributes: Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
