Are you a social media creative with a passion for quality content? Good news– Functional Sweets is seeking content creators to add to our roster!
Current Brand: This position is for our natural relaxation gummies — JustRelax.
Upcoming Brands: With the coming 2024 year, we will be launching more functional over-the-counter gummy brands already in production, and offering existing creators from our team the opportunity to expand with us.
Position Details:
Most of our creators take about 1-3 hours per week to create their 7 videos for that week. We will make it as simple and straightforward as possible by providing content ideas from our other successful brands and creators, weekly updates, and a supporting infrastructure to aid in your success. This is not a single ad creative purchase, we a looking for driven creative individuals who are interested in long term brand partnership; as an Organic Content Creator with us, you will:

Create and manage a fresh TikTok account representing one of our brands and posting ~30 organic videos per month.
Create original and engaging TikTok content.
Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, challenges, and features to leverage them for content creation.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content ideas and campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
Engage with the TikTok community, respond to comments, and build an account following.
Engage with the supporting Marketing team for weekly updates on content successes and wins from our other creators to help tailor your content toward practices which are garnering the most success

Please note, this is not an hourly job. It's flexible and contract based. We'll provide you with product lines for which you'll create social media content. The position is remote, but you must be located in the USA!
Compensation:

Commission through SocialSnowball: 15% of all sales through Creator’s link.
$500 bonus for every 1M views, capped at $4,000 per video
$200 bonus for first 1,000 followers, +$500 bonus for first 10,000 followers
Additional $500 bonus for every additional 10,000 followers
Free Products, and opportunity to expand as we launch additional branded products
Extended monthly retainer offered upon demonstrated success of the Creator in providing viral content, successful audience curation, or content that translates to direct sales. Monthly Retainer will come into effect once the creator reaches 500,000 total views across all posted videos on the account.
December Holiday Bonuses: +$10 for each video with over 10k views on the account by the end of January.
