Responsibilities

Assist customers in troubleshooting issues with products or services, offering guidance and solutions
Investigate and resolve customer complaints or concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Collaborate with other departments to address customer escalations and provide timely resolutions
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, including details of inquiries, comments, and complaints
Provide feedback to management regarding recurring customer issues or opportunities for improvement
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and customer service best practices to ensure accurate and effective support
Requirements
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate and thorough documentation
Experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
Proficiency in using customer support platforms and tools, such as ticketing systems and CRM software
