About The Role
We're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be the friendly voice on the phone, helping our customers with their inquiries, orders, and any issues they may encounter. You'll use our advanced system to track information and resolve problems, ensuring every customer has a positive experience.
What You'll Do
Handle incoming customer calls and correspondence, assisting with scheduling and inquiries.
Provide support for service, billing, and other customer issues.
Accurately record customer information and call details using our systems.
Maintain a solid understanding of our services, marketing promos, and billing features.
Assist with administrative tasks for Operations, Sales, and Marketing as needed.
What We're Looking For
High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent experience and training.
6 months to 1 year of clerical or customer service experience.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Problem-solving abilities and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
