Role Overview
We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Call Center Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring accurate, courteous, and secure processing of customer orders and deliveries. Your goal will be to provide outstanding service while striving to meet and exceed performance metrics.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and process orders
Coordinate with delivery agents, customers, agencies, and case managers
Achieve and surpass performance metrics while delivering excellent service
Drive customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and email communications
Enter customer orders into our ERP system and other software
Requirements
At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent customer orientation and communication skills
Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus
Bilingual candidates are preferred (additional $0.50 per hour)
Preferred Skills
Experience with soft sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling
Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Technical Requirements
Minimum of one or two 19-inch or larger monitors (two are recommended)
Headset with a microphone, mouse, keyboard, etc.
Reliable internet with at least 5.0 MB upload speed and 10 MB download speed (DSL or broadband required; no streaming, ripping, or gaming during work hours to ensure network performance)
