Key Responsibilities
Provide individualized instruction and support to students with special education needs.
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles.
Collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues to create and maintain IEPs (Individualized Education Programs).
Utilize effective classroom management techniques to foster a positive and productive learning environment.
Conduct assessments to track student progress and adjust instruction as needed.
Requirements
Master's degree in Special Education.
Valid Tennessee teaching certification in Special Education.
Previous experience in K-12 education, with a preference for experience in virtual teaching environments.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in managing assessments, IEPs, and classroom dynamics.
