What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Respond to inquiries and service requests from patients, employees, providers, and vendors via phone, email, and web portal
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Adhere to all regulations and policies to protect patient and employee information
• Work as part of a team to support service delivery teams

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, or related customer service field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Medical/Healthcare experience is preferred
