We are seeking a detail-oriented Online Chat Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients customers through online chat interactions, assisting them with inquiries related to automotive and recreational vehicle sales, services, finance, and general dealership questions. Your primary objective will be to represent our dealer clients in a positive manner while converting these interactions into valuable leads to enhance revenue generation from website traffic.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat
Provide precise information regarding products and services
Schedule appointments effectively based on customer needs
Continuously develop and maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of our evolving offerings
Capture and document customer contact information for lead generation purposes
Summarize customer interactions and feedback for client review
Required Skills
Demonstrated excellence in customer service within a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic proficiency in internet and computer use
Ability to multitask efficiently, with prior gaming experience considered advantageous
A pleasant, patient, and professional demeanor
Fast typing skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM recommended
Qualifications
Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive sector is preferred, although not mandatory
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
A background check will be required
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification is necessary
Preferred 2+ years of experience in an office or call center environment, engaging with customers in a professional setting
