What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a liaison to provide product/service information and resolve customer issues effectively
- Manage large volumes of incoming calls while generating sales leads
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open communication
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within specified time limits
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent customer service abilities with a track record of overachieving quotas
- Good phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or GED, and at least 18 years old
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with outbound calling and sales/upselling
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish
- Strong analytical skills and data entry proficiency
