Job Description & Responsibilities :
Responsible for supporting all elements of recruiting including sourcing, qualifying candidates, interviewing, negotiation of offers and in some instances even making the hiring decisions for our direct hire roles.
You will use different technology and social platforms to help find the ideal candidates for our open positions and will collaborate with hiring managers to get the right talent for their needs.
Depending upon the roles you support, you could be support both full time and temporary staffing needs and may focus on specific elements of the recruiting process at different times.
We utilize a team approach to hiring, so you will always be challenged in whatever assignment you have.
In this role know what it means to nurture relationships, and actively communicate with the candidate throughout the process.
You can passionately articulate the clients Employee Value Proposition (EVP), the business landscape and what makes clients an amazing place to work.
You are a master at closing the deal, with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
You are a highly effective communicator and are seen by the business as the expert at assessing talent.
This is a collaborative role, working across the Talent Acquisition team
Skills & Qualifications :
Identify Talent Needs Source Talent Recruitment Marketing Manage Candidate Experience Assess & Hire Talent Qualifications
3+ years of full life cycle recruiting
Deep experience with professional networking sites including niche
Understands sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean searches)
Solid understanding and demonstrated use of an ATS, Recruitment Marketing, and Excel
Understanding of current employment laws including OFCCP's guidelines for fair hiring practices
Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
Experience working with AI/Chatbot for recruitment (auto scheduling, pre-screening)
