Identify and escalate product issues effectively through technical troubleshooting
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while responding to customer needs
What Is Required (Qualifications)
3+ years of customer-facing experience in Customer Service, Customer Success, or related fields
Self-starter with a positive attitude and high degree of empathy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with SaaS Technology Platforms and Help Desk Software
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous customer service experience in a service-related industry
Interest in growing relationships within the Employee Experience Industry
Technical aptitude to troubleshoot and resolve product issues effectively
