- Collaborate with carriers to secure medication coverage for patients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of recent call center experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must reside in Irving, TX, or surrounding areas
- Ability to multi-task and efficiently use dual monitors
- Must have active internet service and the capacity to work from home
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a medical call center is a plus
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with data entry processes
