Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers.
- Document and track customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with other support team members to provide comprehensive solutions.
- Continuously update knowledge about company products and services.
- Assist in identifying and reporting common customer issues to improve overall service quality.
Qualifications:
- Military veteran status is Bonus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using online chat platforms and other digital communication tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.
