Continuously strive to meet and exceed performance metrics and service level agreements
Knowledge & Skills
Previous experience in customer service, collections, or related fields preferred
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in computer navigation and data entry
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset
Adaptability to changing processes and procedures
Education / Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience in healthcare or insurance industry is a plus
