Job Summary:

The Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to help organizations make informed decisions. Key Responsibilities:
• Data Collection and Management:
• Collect and manage data from internal and external sources.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing data cleansing and validation.
• Data Analysis:
• Conduct statistical analysis and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Use data analysis tools and techniques to generate meaningful reports and visualizations.
• Reporting:
• Prepare and present detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to... stakeholders.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis findings.
• Collaboration:
• Work with various departments to understand their data needs and objectives.

• Provide solutions and improvements for data management processes.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree or additional certifications are a plus.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role; experience with data analysis tools and techniques is preferred.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in data analysis software and tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python, R, BI tools).
• Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:
