Online Reputation Management: Actively monitor and respond to Google reviews, ensuring a positive digital footprint and fostering relationships with our audience.
Messaging & Voice Coordination: Work alongside voice artists to develop inviting hold messages and voicemails that reflect our brands identity.
Website Content Management: Maintain up-to-date and accurate website content that authentically represents our brand.
Website Redesign Oversight: Spearhead the redesign of our website, aligning it with our brand vision while enhancing the user experience.
Backlink Management: Perform routine audits on backlinks to uphold quality and rectify any detrimental links.
Blog & Content Writing: Generate and publish engaging blog posts that inform and educate our patient community.
Photography & Videography: Capture authentic photos and videos for social media, including dynamic reels that illustrate our teams character and clinic environment.
Quarterly Newsletters: Design and send out quarterly newsletters via Mailchimp to keep our patients informed about updates, news, and special promotions.
Patient Communication: Ensure timely communication with patients regarding news, events, and offerings.
