Creatunity LLC, a rapidly growing marketing agency and e-commerce company, is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for voice account and chat to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers via voice calls and/or chat
Providing prompt, courteous, and professional service to all clients
Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department
Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions
Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution
Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicating these to the team
Requirements
Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communication)
2+ years of experience in a customer support role
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience using customer support software (e.g. Gorgias, etc.)
