Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent pool service by providing customer support during all incoming calls and post pool service questions
Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include:
Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
Identifying customer needs and helping customers determine the best solution for their pool service needs.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
Update our internal CRM with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
Inform customers about new offers or services
Follow up with customers to ensure their pool technical issues are resolved
Gather customer feedback and share with technician teams
Oversee the route optimization for technicians.
Requirements
Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
Familiarity with pool industry is a plus
Understanding of how CRM systems work
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Multi-tasking abilities
Patience when handling challenging customers and situations
This position is a part-time position (20 to 25 hours a week). This position is 100 percent remote.
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
