Job Overview:

As a Remote Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone, live chat, and email communication channels. This is a freelance position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
