Key Responsibilities:
• Pay bills and manage cash flow for clients
• Reconcile bank statements, manage budgets, and handle journal entries
• Provide weekly and monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and budget vs. actuals
• Manage and maintain charts of accounts, reconcile credit/debit cards, and prepare 1099s
• Assist with payroll setup and processing, including scheduling and frequency
• File sales tax and offer e-commerce support

Required Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred but not required)
• Experience in accounting and/or bookkeeping
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (preferred) or other accounting software
• Payroll experience is essential

Tools You’ll Need:
• A home office setup with high-speed internet access
• A computer with a webcam and a smartphone capable of receiving email and push notifications
