Assisting with clinical care and offering counseling to fertility patients and their families
Providing education on procedures and ensuring clear communication of physician orders and instructions
Educating patients both before and after procedures to ensure they feel informed and supported
Creating a compassionate atmosphere by delivering emotional and psychological support to patients and their families
Working autonomously while contributing to the achievement of program goals
Upholding excellence in customer service and enhancing patient satisfaction
Required Skills
We seek an individual who is fervent about patient care and possesses the following skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, emphasizing interpersonal and customer service excellence
Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting
Acute attention to detail, with a proven ability to maintain accuracy, particularly in data entry
Familiarity with medical terminology and at least one year of relevant healthcare experience
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
A High School diploma (an Associates degree is preferred)
At least one year of prior healthcare experience
Strong interpersonal skills and a dedication to exceptional customer service
