Description:
? Provide accounts payable support and perform accounting clerical duties to the accounting department.
? Supports Chief Financial Officer by handling administrative tasks to ensure proper financial documentation and processing.
? Duties include providing administrative and bookkeeping assistance and data entry.
Requirements:
? Minimum high school degree or equivalent (Associate?s Degree or higher a plus)
? Prior office experience preferred
? Detail-oriented, organized, able to work independently and multi-task in fast-paced setting
? Strong communication skills and commitment to fostering positive work culture
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook required; proficiency in Quickbooks Online a plus.
