About the position
The position involves delivering innovative business solutions to clients, leveraging sales experience and customer relations skills to drive revenue growth. The role requires identifying and developing leads, managing existing accounts, and consulting with customers to address their business challenges with tailored technology solutions. The position supports a wireless sales territory and requires travel within the Annapolis Junction, Columbia, Severn, and North Laurel MD areas.
Responsibilities
? Identify, develop, and qualify leads within the assigned territory to drive additional sales opportunities.

? Gain new business and incremental revenue to meet sales targets.
,
? Retain, manage, and grow the existing customer base.
,
? Coordinate with support partners to educate customers about innovative business solutions.
,
? Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers.
,
? Present and create multi-product solution opportunities.
,
? Demonstrate knowledge of wireless and mobility products and integrated software solutions.
,
? Track and report progress using sales force automation tools.
Requirements
? Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
,
? Four or more years of relevant work experience.
,
? Experience in outside sales, prospecting, and negotiation.
,
? Willingness to work in a mobile working model with travel within the assigned geographic sales territory.

? Valid driver's license.
Nice-to-haves
? A degree - Associates or Bachelor's Degree or certifications/college courses.

? Two or more years of business-to-business or outside sales experience, including business acquisition and prospecting/cold calling.

? Experience in technology sales, including SaaS sales experience, CRM, SalesForce, or other client management tools.

? Strong presentation skills in face-to-face and virtual environments.

? Experience in building and maintaining business relationships with all levels of client organizations.

? Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed, entrepreneurial environment.
