Responsibilities:

? Assist customers in scheduling services and resolving inquiries efficiently.
? Answer incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
? Gather information to respond to customer questions accurately.
? Provide detailed information about services and offerings.
? Address billing inquiries and process payments over the phone.
? Handle issue resolution in a professional and timely manner.
? Communicate updates about service issues by coordinating with the appropriate teams.
Social Media Management Responsibilities:
In addition to customer service, the candidate will also be responsible for managing our social media presence, which includes:
? Developing and scheduling engaging social media content across platforms.
? Monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
? Analyzing social media metrics and reporting on campaign performance.
? Researching and implementing new trends to enhance social media engagement.
? Collaborating with the team to align social media strategies with company goals.
? Creating and maintaining a content calendar for consistent posting.
? Running paid social media advertisements, if necessary.
Qualifications:
? Proven experience in customer service with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
? Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation tools.
? Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
? Proficiency in handling billing systems and scheduling tools.
? A customer-focused mindset with an eagerness to learn and adapt.
