Responsibilities:
- Provide online customer support through various channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide feedback for process improvement
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer support platforms
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
