Verizon is seeking a dynamic and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the web chat platform, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience. Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the web chat platform, including monitoring chat conversations, analyzing data, and implementing improvements
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the web chat experience for customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all customer touchpoints
- Train and mentor team members on best practices for web chat communication
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management
- Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in web chat management or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Proven track record of innovation and research in web chat management
- Experience with web chat platforms and tools
- Knowledge of customer service best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
