Employment Geeks, an Active Staffing Company, is looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives (fully remote after 90 day training) for a full-time position in Orlando, starting at $18.00 per hour and available for an immediate start!
DETAILS:
Training will take place onsite for the first 90 days out of our Orlando office from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (training hours only). Upon successful completion of the training and meeting all key performance indicators, the position will transition to remote work!
$18.00 per hour.
Full-time position.
Monday Friday schedule.
11:00 AM 8:00 PM (after training period).
Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, transportation stipend, 401(k), and more!
Casual dress code.
Hospitable and collaborative work environment.
Free snacks and beverages available daily.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and texts to fulfill orders, address inquiries, handle complaints, and resolve issues.
Process and manage order forms, including payment processing, and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer requests.
Identify, escalate, and route issues to the appropriate resources, and follow up as needed to ensure resolution.
Properly document each customer interaction in the tracking system and maintain accurate records.
Provide support for customer applications, e-learning offerings, and special projects as required.
Meet assigned KPIs, comply with relevant laws and organizational policies, and assist with system enhancements and procedure updates.
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent.
2-5 years of customer service experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail, versatility, and multi-tasking. Proven accuracy in completing repetitive tasks.
Punctuality, adherence to schedule, confidentiality, and integrity.
Proficient in computer programs, including Microsoft Office.
Background check.
Drug screening.
