What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist online customers with their shopping experience via chat and phone, ensuring a positive experience
- Conduct warranty outreach and handle sales of add-ons and upsells
- Provide excellent written and verbal communication to address customer inquiries
- Exhibit empathy and a customer-focused approach in all interactions
- Collaborate effectively within a remote work environment while meeting deadlines

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service role or chat experience
- Experience leading within a remote work environment
- Strong attention to detail and high level of professionalism
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to make personal connections with customers and exhibit strong decision-making skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in the sales or retail industry
- Exposure to e-commerce environments
