Responsibilities
Engage with customers via live chat to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and accurately.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service through each interaction.
Record and document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Identify recurring issues and provide suggestions for process improvements.
Stay updated on product knowledge and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
Experience and Skills:
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a live chat role.
Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously without compromising on quality.
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Familiarity with CRM software and live chat tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Wages - $24.90 - $29.10 Hourly
